The works may be carried out by plumbers, electricians, roofers, scaffolders and all others (repair and maintenance personnel) who reasonably and necessarily provide essential emergency home building repair and maintenance services.
Repair and maintenance personnel should adopt practices designed to minimise risks to health wherever possible and practical. This includes maintaining social distance of at least 2 metres and adhering to hygiene guidelines. It is also strongly advised that face coverings are worn.
