How do I calculate my self-isolation period?

If you are self-isolating because you have symptoms, you must self-isolate for the duration of these symptoms. If you have been tested for COVID-19 and the result of that test was negative, you may leave self-isolation once the symptoms have gone.

Travel: Day 1 is the day you travel into the Bailiwick, whatever time you arrive. If you are eligible for a Day 7 test, you can go out as soon as you receive a negative test result (please bear in mind this could take up to 48 hours). If you are self-isolating for 14 days, you are free to leave your self-isolation at 00.01am on Day 15.
