Vaccination information for non-residents

Please note, completing the online form below will not register you for a vaccination appointment.

We are aware that there are people currently within the Bailiwick who are not ordinarily resident here but who would fall within priority groups 1-9 for vaccination. We want to understand how many people are currently in the Bailiwick who would fall into these priority groups.

Please complete an online form at www.gov.gg/covid19vaccinationform if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • You are not ordinarily resident in the Bailiwick of Guernsey;
  • You are intending to remain in the Bailiwick of Guernsey for the foreseeable future; and
  • You fit within ANY of the following categories:
    • You are 50 years of age or over;
    • You are clinically extremely vulnerable*;
    • You are aged 16-49 with underlying health conditions which put you at higher risk of serious disease and mortality;

*Clinically extremely vulnerable individuals are described on the link below. This advice on vaccination does not include pregnant women and those under the age of 16 years.

If you are not able to complete the online form, please call the non-clinical helpline on 01481 717118 and a member of the team will arrange for your details to be taken to understand how many people are in this situation.

We recognise that some people have come to the Bailiwick to support others in our community and might be just as vulnerable to COVID as residents in the same priority groups. Therefore, it is necessary for us to understand how many people are in this situation in order to investigate what options are available to us.

Please note: If you are not ordinarily resident but have been in the Bailiwick for more than 90 consecutive days, you may need to register with the Revenue Service. More information about this can be found at: https://gov.gg/revenueservice
