Our vaccination programme is continuing at pace as we work through our established cohorts in order of priority. The dashboard below is updated regularly, revealing the latest vaccination statistics.

Vaccine Dashboard - 9 April 2021

The total number of doses per 100 population is an internationally used statistic for vaccination figures, and is based on total number of individual doses. Therefore in this case it does not equate to the total number of people vaccinated against COVID-19, as the standard dose regime for COVID-19 is two doses. The Bailiwick is using this reporting figure to be comparable to data from other jurisdictions. The calculation is based on latest Bailiwick population figure of 65,780.

The continued presence of SARS-CoV-2 across the world, particularly in our close neighbouring jurisdictions, presents an ongoing risk to the health and wellbeing of our population.

COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the Bailiwick and a vaccine will help protect our must vulnerable.

The vaccine does not prevent people catching and spreading COVID-19. It does however, prevent individuals from suffering from the serious side effects of, or dying as a result of, the virus.

Good hand hygiene still applies if you have received the vaccine. If you have been contacted to self-isolate, this also still applies even if you have received the vaccine.
